Equistar Veterinary Services is an 80 Acre equine care facility nestled in the rolling hills just outside Edmonton, Alberta. Owned and operated by Dr. Deb Harrison-Steele and husband Ron Harrison, Equistar offers full service breeding and veterinary care.

Founded on a passion and love for horses, Equistar is focused on providing the best care possible to a growing list of clients.

Mare management, foaling, stallion management, shipped semen, on-ranch breeding, received-semen breeding, semen freezing and shipping, are overseen by Dr. Deb Harrison-Steele and backed by a professional staff with a dedication to quality care.

In November 2011, we joined forces with Edmonton Equine Veterinary Center. This new alliance will help broaden our level of customer service by giving our customers access to more veterinarians including Board Certified Equine Surgeons!  So regardless of your needs – from reproductive services, medical services, emergency services or even surgical services we can help.
